PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (SMRA) reported the successful achievement of Rp 5.53 trillion in marketing sales throughout the 2025 financial year, an increase of 27% that surpassed the company's initial target of Rp 5 trillion. During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 11, 2026, the company also recorded a positive operational performance by posting a revenue of Rp 8.77 trillion and a net profit reaching Rp 1.20 trillion. This remarkable achievement was primarily driven by the resilience of public purchasing power and high market demand for residential products across Summarecon's nine integrated townships.
In appreciation of this solid performance, Summarecon distributed a cash dividend of Rp 5 per share to its shareholders. Facing future economic challenges, the company has set a marketing sales target of Rp 5.2 trillion for 2026 and remains committed to prioritizing innovation, prudent financial management, and integrated township development to create sustainable long-term growth.
