The award was accepted directly by Hindarko Hasan, Executive Director of Summarecon Bandung, during the ceremony held in Singapore on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

The Urban Regeneration category marks a significant achievement for Summarecon Bandung, recognizing its success in transforming East Bandung, particularly the Gedebage area, into a dynamic integrated township within a relatively short period of 11 years. This development has successfully integrated residential, commercial, and infrastructure components through innovative planning and development, while embracing environmentally friendly and sustainable urban development principles.
